Our Directors are very much involved across the projects we undertake and take personal ownership of the delivery for our clients.
Our team have delivered projects in Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Civil Engineering Sectors, covering projects from minor building refurbishment works to major construction projects.
From our bases in Co. Cork and Dublin, we work throughout the island of Ireland.

Founded in 2014, Directors Tom O’Connor, Paul Neenan, Darragh Gardiner, Tony Fitzgerald and Donal Fitzgerald have established a reputation as a leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects throughout Ireland.

Darragh Gardiner

Contracts Director

Darragh Gardiner is a director with DNCF and is an accomplished Contracts Manager with 25 years’ experience across a wide spectrum of projects in the construction sector. These include Civil Engineering works, Structural Engineering works, Housing Developments works, Housing Refurbishment works, gaining experience on multiple contracts within the public and private sector. Darragh is an Associate Engineer and a member of the Institute of Engineers of Ireland. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Darragh’s primary responsibility is delivery of major projects.

Paul Neenan

Commercial Director

Paul is a Director of DNCF Ltd. and is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years professional experience in the UK and Ireland. He is a member of Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Construction Industry Federation (CIF). Paul applies his technical expertise to projects to ensure that they are costed correctly for the client and the proper contracts are in place and followed through the project. He is a strong collaborator and his inputs are critical to ensuring that projects deliver the best value for the Client.

Tony Fitzgerald

Tony is a Director of DNCF and holds an Honours degree in Civil Engineering from University College Cork. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers Ireland and has over 24 years experience in Development/Construction. Throughout his career, he has worked on a diverse range of projects including Major Public Works, Commercial Buildings, Housing/Apartments and Heavy Civils, gaining experience on several contracts within the Marine, Railway and Pharmaceutical Environments.

Donal Fitzgerald

Donal is a Director of DNCF Ltd. and is a Chartered Engineer and a Registered Building Surveyor
with over a decade of experience in providing advisory on property development and construction. He
brings a dynamic approach to the organisation and manages a diverse group of professionals to
ensure that the project is delivered on time and in budget to the Client to the highest standards. He
has delivered projects across the full range of construction sectors generating the best return for the Client.

Tom O’ Connor

Director

Tom is a Director of DNCF and has over 30 year’s experience in Civil Engineering and General building, operating at the highest levels of management, having gained considerable experience and knowledge in many Technical, Contractual and Commercial aspects required in the industry. Projects types range from Roadworks, Pipelines, Bridges, Building Projects, Water Treatment, Mining and Marine Works. As a Contractor, delivering projects with both a direct workforce and with a supply chain, he has gained first hand experience in the Project Management of complex projects, to deliver them on Time, within Budget and Safely.
